To the Mastrogiovanni family and friends: I was struck with shock and sorrow to hear of the passing of "Frank". One could not come across a finer human being. His beautiful smile, hearty laugh and sense of humour were unmatched as well as contagious. I am sure that those in heaven are already enjoying his presence as much we did on earth, perhaps even more so, because they will have him as a companion for eternal life. My deepest condolences to those who have crossed paths with Frank in their life for they will all have suffered a great loss.
