It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Georgie at Humber River Hospital on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at the age of 98. Georgie is now with her husbands' Archie (d. 1952) and William (d. 1988) and sons Paul and Larry (Leah). Loving and devoted mother of Valerie (the late Marg) and Archy (Anne). Cherished and proud Nanny of Tammy (Peter), the late Kenneth, Paul, Jody, Sam, Sarah and Nikki. Georgie is survived by her sister Jean and predeceased by her 12 siblings. Special aunt of Linda (Randy) and Marjie. She will be fondly remembered by her daughter-in-law Lorraine (Kim), many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Resting at NEWEDIUK FUNERAL HOME, KIPLING CHAPEL, (north of Rexdale Boulevard), on Thursday, May 25, 2023 from 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at All Saints Roman Catholic, 1415 Royal York Road, Etobicoke, on Friday, May 26, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Assumption Catholic Cemetery.
