On Monday January 16, 2023, surrounded by his loving family, Augusto passed away peacefully at Hospice Vaughan. He celebrated his 100th birthday milestone on December 23rd to the delight of his entire family and friends. Augusto loved life and lived it fully right to the end. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him but most especially his family. Augusto was predeceased by his loving wife, Antonietta, (70 years of marriage). He was the beloved father of his daughter Roberta and her husband, Angelo, his son Giulio and his wife, Aurelia, His daughter Rosita and her husband, Muzio, his daughter Fannie and her husband, Sam; Loving Nonno of the late Anna Maria, Christina (Domenic), Patrizia (Alessandro). Andre (Kristy), Stevie (Rachel), Elisa (Phil), Massimo(Cindy), Anthony and the late Yolanda, Giulio and Antonio. Loving Bisnonno of Nicholas, Erika, Alessio, Stefano, Carlo, Olivia, Maria, Marco, Stefano, Christina, Annamaria, Valentina, Daniel and Gabriella. Dear brother of the late Giulia and the late Sauro (Loretana). Resting at the NEWEDIUK FUNERAL HOME, KIPLING CHAPEL (North of Rexdale Boulevard), on Friday from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 9pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Transfiguration of Our Lord Church, 45 Ludstone Drive, Toronto on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. Entombment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 7300 Highway 27, Woodbridge, Ontario. The family wishes to thank his dedicated caregivers, Josephine and Joan and the wonderful staff at Hospice Vaughan for the amazing care given to Augusto.
