It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Sharon on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, in her 62nd year, at Mount Sinai Hospital surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of the late Geraldine (Bryne) and Edward Bond. Predeceased by her husband Al Matthews. She will be so deeply missed by her beloved children of whom she was so very proud, Mark (Sarah-Jane), and Crystal (Lorenzo), and the joy of her life, her grandson Lorenzo III (LoLo). Treasured and much-loved sister of brothers Edward and Terry and dear friend of sister-in-law Chris. Aunt Sharon will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by nephews Tim, TJ, Jamie, and Brandon. Very special friend to Maddy, your friendship with and care for Sharon will forever be remembered. Sharon will be deeply missed by her cousins, including Darlene and Patricia, and her many friends of whom she thought so fondly and with whom she enjoyed a very long companionship. Thanks to all of you for the love and support you showed to Sharon, she enjoyed spending time with you at her favourite coffee shop, and through the many telephone chats that she so loved to have with you, you were her sunshine on a cloudy day.
