BARDOUL, Theresia Antonia -
(December 26, 1932 – September 26, 2022)
Theresia Antonia Bardoul, aged 89, joined her beloved late husband, William John Henry Bardoul, and her late son, Philip Gerard Bardoul, in Heaven on September 26, 2022. She will be sorely missed by her son, Frank (Nancy), daughter, Maggie (Al), and her 3 remaining siblings, Lise, Josephine, and Neil, grandchildren, Jennifer, Lindsay, Kaitlin, Chelsea, Jessica and Billy, and great grandchildren. Theresa, also affectionately known as Oma, built her life around love and family. Master of mashed potatoes, coveted crepe queen, and best giver of hugs, Oma was the calm in every storm. Even through unimaginable hardships, she remained steady in her faith and all who walked through her door felt the warmth and safety of her presence. Witty, funny, and gentle until her last breath, her mind remained resilient even as her body failed her. She is sure to be dancing through Heaven to Rod Stewart with her soulmate at her side. Her legacy of kindness, eternal optimism and humour will continue in those who love her.

Visitation will be held at W.C. Town Funeral Chapel (110 Dundas Street, Whitby) on Sunday, October 2, 2022 from 2pm-4pm and 7pm-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John the Evangelist Parish (903 Giffard Street, Whitby) on Monday, October 3, 2022 at 10:30am. Interment will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
