GALATI, Sandra (nee Rotondo)
(October 25, 1959 – June 15, 2022) -
It is with tremendous heartbreak we announce the passing of Sandra Galati at the age of 62. Loving and devoted wife to Pat Galati for nearly 45 years. Proud and doting mother to three sons, the late Michael, Gian Carlo and Christopher who are devasted at the sudden loss of their mother. Cherished daughter to Giuseppina and the late Giovanni and daughter-in-law to Rose and the late Vito. Deeply loved sister to Carmen Rotondo and Marisa Cummins (Tony). Special sister-in-law to Jim, Dominic, and Robert. Sandra will be held dear in the hearts of all her nieces and nephews. Proud and honoured godmother to 13 godchildren. Sandra leaves behind her aunts, uncles, as well as all her cousins and so many lifelong friends who will miss her terribly.
Smart, beautiful, loyal, and protective are a few of the words to describe Sandra. She was a trusted friend and confidante to many and loved so much for her genuine concern of everyone’s well being. Sandra touched the hearts of everyone she met. Sandra never did recover from losing her first born son Michael. She will be reunited at Heaven’s door, and she will cry no more. We pray her broken heart will fall back into place when she wraps her arms around him and kisses his beautiful face. She will be forever loved and missed. The family wishes to thank you for all your thoughts, prayers and support during this extremely difficult time.
