Is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear Shirley, in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her children on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at the age of 86. Shirley is now reunited with her beloved husband William. Loving and devoted mother of Michael (Wendy), Tom and Martha (Steve Knowles). Proud and cherished grandma of Lillianne, Olivia, Genevieve and Charley. Dear sister of the late Ruth (Bob Falconer), Joan (the late Jack Moon), the late Margaret (Norman Walter) and Jack (Diane Playford). Shirley will be held dear in the hearts of her many nieces, nephews, family and friends. To honour Shirley’s wishes private cremation has taken place. A Celebration of her Life will be held at the NEWEDIUK FUNERAL HOME, KIPLING CHAPEL, 2058 Kipling Avenue, (North of Rexdale Boulevard), on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 from 12:00-1:00pm until the time of the Funeral Service beginning at 1:00pm.
