I remember Don Jose always being so happy. Every family celebration that we spent with you guys there was seafood, walnuts, great music, great company and we played a ton of games. I always think fondly of you guys as a close and very loving family. I remember when my parents would hang out with you guys and you would tell stories. We were always so happy hanging out with you guys. Don Jose was a very kind person. May he rest in peace. Sending you a big hug!

Our Father saw you getting tired when a cure was not to be. So he wrapped his arms around you as he whispered for you to go with Him. You did not deserve what you went through and so He gave you rest. Knowing that you are at peace and free from pain I could not wish you to come back to suffer that all again. One of my wish was to make memories as being grand parents to our grand son. Many people will come out to see you say your last goodbye. This will be a celebration of your life.

We are friends with your son Ed & his spouse Jerricah. You and your wife raised a wonderful human being. When I was working with Ed he was still in school to become a Chartered Accountant. There was some concern as he passed his tests before getting his required hours but as you know well he eventually did obtain them. As an immigrant to Canada, you can be very proud of both of your sons - I understand that your youngest son is an airline pilot. Our sincerest condolences to your family. Mary & Julius Kairys
