Cecil was a loving friend of ours. He gave so much joy and happiness to everyone who met him. He had a contagious laugh and an unbeatable sense of humour. We had plenty of laughs together and his gentle soul will be dearly missed. Cecil - we love you

Very sad news to hear about Cecil's passing. Worked many years at GBH with Cecil until my retirement three years ago. Many laughs I had with "See Saw". A great person gone too soon. My Sympathy to his wife and children, family and friends.
