I met John several years ago. I liked him instantly. He was such a warm person with a wonderful sense of humour. He was so friendly. I'll mention one funny thing that happened. I was driving on the 401 on my way home (to Oshawa) Well I glanced over and who should I see driving in a different lane....it was John. It gave us each a chuckle.
Marilyn, I send you my very deepest condolences to you and all of your family. May John's memory be a comfort to you.

From the time that I first met John when we started grade one together at our little one room schoolhouse in Kinsale, he was and remained the same compassionate, kind and friendly guy with a great smile and a wonderful sense of humour. In addition to always being there to help others, he also one of those special people who easily could light up a room and make others feel special. Heaven has gained a wonderful and special soul who will also continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends. Sending love, hugs and our deepest sympathy to John's mother and to all of his family. Marie and Norm

I will always remembers John's passion for safety and his great sense of humor. I will never forget the Clintar training days in Markham when he would arrive wearing his big green cape. Condolences to the family. The industry will miss him.
