It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our dear mother Barbara on Friday, August 21, 2020 at Joseph Brant Hospital at the age of 87. Barbara is now reunited with her beloved husband Jack. Loving mother of Wendy (Roy) Richtler, Nancy Eatough, Kathy (Joel) Wood and Karen (Mike) Evans. Cherished grandmother of Melanie (Mike), Daniel (Nicole), Trevor (Alisha), Tara (Mike), Matt (Crystal), Julia, Jenna, Sean and Krista. Proud GG of Rylee, Aurelya, Brixton, Haddie, Jack and Willa. Beloved sister of Judy (the late George) Hiscott. Barbara will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Resting at NEWEDIUK FUNERAL HOME, KIPLING CHAPEL, 2058 Kipling Avenue (North of Rexdale Boulevard), on Monday, August 24, 2020 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Private family service and interment will follow. A public Celebration of Barbara’s Life will be held at a later date. If desired, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
