CANTWELL, Graham -
Passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer at Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg on March 18 at the age of 72. Beloved husband of Diane (Thifault) of 49 years. I worked with Graham at the System Development Facility (SDF) at Royal Bank Of Canada in Toronto in the 1989 timeframe. I also retired from RBC in 2007. I ran into him at the Northumberland Hills Hospital within the last 2 years as he was there for a cancer treatment. I was there with my mother as she was having a test performed. Unfortunately he couldn't talk long as they called him for his treatment. Even though the conversation was short, it was great to re-connect with Graham. I am so sad to hear of his passing. Please accept my sincere condolences and I hope the family have many great memories that will live on forever in their hearts. Neil Stapleton

Neil, we were living in Cobourg until May 2017 and now are in Belleville. It would be nice to catch up!

Graham helped so many people overcome their fear, find their voice, and become leaders within their community. His light will shine on in others.

I worked with Graham at RBC in Montreal. Together we made our first trip to Myrtle Beach for a week of golfing! After I left Montreal in 1979, we lost touch but I am saddened that he passed away in Cobourg as I was there last week!

My sincere condolences to Diane and the rest of the family!
