Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Pickering-Ajax on Monday, October 28th, 2019 with her family by her side. Hennie beloved wife of Jan. Loving mother of Ron and his wife Heather and Lynda. Cherished grandma (Oma) of Shaun, Derek (Brooke), Michelle, Jody, Brianna and Justin. Dear sister of Alie (George), Sally (Alex), Henry, Elberta (the late Hank), Maas (Shirley) and the late Geurt. Hennie will be fondly remembered by all her family and friends. Visitation will take place on Friday, November 1, 2019 at Emmanuel Reformed Church, 401 Rossland Road West, in Whitby from 11-1pm. A service will follow at 1pm with interment at Groveside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Hennie’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
