After a long battle with cancer, at home with his daughter by his side on Tuesday, July 30th 2019. Peter, husband of the late Linda. Loving step-father of Sherry Lynn Gosselin and cherished grandfather of Sean Charles Agnew (Alicia Agnew) and Brandyn Daniel Agnew. Great-grandfather of MacKenzie Agnew and Connor Agnew. Dear brother of Gregory Frances Barr, the late Patricia Theriault and the late Bettyann Allonby. Brother-in-law of Andrew Theriault and Robert Allonby. Peter will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Mr. Barr will be resting at W.C. TOWN FUNERAL CHAPEL, 110 Dundas Street East, Whitby, on Saturday, August 3rd 2019 from 2 – 4pm and 7 – 9pm as well as Sunday, from 10am – 11am. A funeral service will follow on Sunday, August 4th 2019 at 11am in the funeral home’s chapel. Cremation.
