It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother on Friday, May 3, 2019 at Etobicoke General Hospital, surrounded by her devoted family. Loving mother of Kenneth and Donna (Eric) Niskanen. Cherished Granny of Jordan (Francesca), and Alanna. Nettie leaves behind her sister Sophie (the late Howard) Wilson and their children Pat, Lynn & Sandra. Fondly remembered by the late Paul (Jean) Kozicki, Harry & Annette Kozicki, Mary Kozicki, Nick & Ruby Kozicki, nieces, nephews and many dear friends. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff at Etobicoke General Hospital, Cardiology Unit and Palliative Care, for their care and compassion during her stay. Resting at NEWEDIUK FUNERAL HOME, KIPLING CHAPEL, 2058 Kipling Avenue (North of Rexdale Boulevard), on Friday, May 10, 2019 from 11:30 a.m until service time in the funeral home chapel at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to William Osler Health Centre-Etobicoke Site would be greatly appreciated by the family.
