Peacefully at William Osler Health Centre on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at the age of 90. Eugene will be dearly missed by his wife of 55 years, Weronika (nee Chwaliboga). Loving father to Roman (Trudy), Bohdan (Cristina) and Wasyl. Proud Dido of Emma. Survived by his sisters Maria Tanchak of Toronto, and Lidia (Paul) Bolivar of Halifax. Reunited in heaven with his brothers Alexander and Anatole and sisters Anna Drabyk and Catarina Dycio. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Resting at the NEWEDIUK FUNERAL HOME, KIPLING CHAPEL, 2058 Kipling Avenue (north of Rexdale Boulevard), on Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. with Panakhyda at 7:30 pm.
