I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences to the family of Marcel. I worked for Marcel temporarily while he was Mayor of Whitby and his assistants took their summer vacations. Marcel always came in with a warm smile and a welcoming, "good morning". He was very respectful, witty and I truly enjoyed working with him and the staff at the Town of Whitby.
