To the DeSouza family, I met Francis 2 years ago when I joined our EDB department and I must say he was one of the funniest, and kindest soul.. So welcoming, always making jokes, and was a pleasure to work with him! I am so very sad about his passing, and he will truly be missed at work! I am honored to have known him, and truly sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you always.
