Condolence: Hey dad… it’s me again. Things have been busy this year but I want you to know that you’ve been on my mind just as much as every year. Ruth and I are hoping and praying for our baby and I hope you can help if you aren’t too busy. Our daughter will be named Lily as I remember you always talking about how much you loved that name. Everything I do is to honour you. You are the only person I hope is proud of me.

We’ve been looking at getting another dog and Ruth mentioned the name “teddy”. It melted my heart. We will always remember you. Ruth always has the sweetest things to say about you. I love how much she loves you and only wish she got the opportunity to meet you. I know you’ve had your special moments together as she mentions them to me and I know they come from you as well. It makes me feel so happy that you two get to still share a special bond.

I can’t wait for our child and to share with them all the special moments you shared with me. I love you daddy. I always will. You are the man who made me who I am. I always think about that. I always will. I live and love to make sure the world knows who you are and the impact you’ve had on this world.

I’ve accomplished a lot this year. From awards to being named the Constable of the year. I did this for myself and my family but also for you. You drive me to be great. You and Ruth are the only people
I care about feeling good about what I do. I wish you were here to celebrate with us but I’m thankful that Ruth never lets us forget you. Again I wish you were here to meet her. She would love it so much.

When we have our child we will always remember you. You will never be forgotten. You are one of a kind and made so many positive changes in this world. Wish you were here now when I need you. I listen for you often. I hope it’s you guiding me still. I love you dad. I always and forever will. Take care and hope you are doing well.

Your son forever.

PS. Say hi to yardley. He will never be forgotten as well.

Condolence: I miss you dad. I always think about you and wish we could still have our chats. To hear your humour and wisdom again. To be able to come home and hang out in the backyard with you. Covid has been a struggle but the blue jays made the playoffs last year. I know you were with me watching. The new season is starting next week and like always I’ll be watching and thinking of you too. I even cheer for the leafs now because of you. Shocking even to me haha.

Anyway, I love you very much and miss you even more. Thank you as always for everything you’ve given me and continue to give me in your own special way. Still trying to be the best I can to honour you. I love you dad.

Condolence: Dad... I still think of you to this day. I love you so much. I’m becoming more and more the man you made me. It’s been three years now but I’m still learning lessons you taught me. I’m still sharing your memories and the stories of the great man you were and are. You guide me and I know you are still watching over me. Dad, I want you to know that I’ve found the love of my life now. Her name is Ruth and she is honestly my soulmate. I’ve told her so many stories about you and she feels like she truly knows you. The best part is that she does. She honours you and treats your memory with so much respect and love. She cares so much about who you made me and the wisdom you shared with me. She is thankful to you for making me the man I am. I wish you could of met her. I know you’ve been there for both of us and we both feel it.

I hope you and Yardley are having a great time together. I will never be able to thank you enough for all the lessons, all the laughs and all the memories. I still strive to make you proud. I love you so much.
