Condolence: Memories will never die, Uncle Harry will always be in our hearts. Remember not only his visits to Holland with Tante An, in our early years. A big, very big, friendly man. Always a smile on his face. missing up the Dutch language with some strange words which appeared to be English as we learned later. Remember also our visits to Canada. Staying at Tante Riek's place he came to visit us several times and invited us to have dinner at his place together with Debbie. Very proud as he was on his horses and very proud to show his home to my mother who was with us both times. The last time, already 15 years ago within two months, was when Uncle Rinus was very sick and passed away. At that time I was in CAnada with my mother and our oldest son, Xavier. At that time only 8 months and crawling under the seats of everyone during the ceremony of Uncle Rinus. Together with a niece or nefhew (?) from the same age from Canada. Uncle Harry enjoyed it. and watched them with his twinkling eyes. Memories will never die, you will always be in our hearts. and special in the heart of our mother, your sister, Rina who keeps sharing her memories (I think Uncle Harry would wink if he could hear them too :). Somewhat naughty some of them are. My mother was very happy she heard he passed away peacefully, during his sleep. That conforts her in her grief. Her last brother from all beloved brothers and sister who left Holland in the fifty's for Canada has past away. Her oldest and last brother. She cherishes all the phonecalls they had and which made the ocean between both continents much smaller.
(Uncle) Harry will be remembered in a thousand different ways, all of them with a warm smile on our faces.

Our sincere condolences to all of you, to Debbie and Andrew (who had a very special place in his heart we know), to all our nieces and nephews, to everyone who loved (Uncle) Harry in one way or another way. We will be there also, in our minds, when you say goodby to (Uncle) Harry at the Town Funeral Chapel and at the service. As also when you lay him to rest for ever and peacefully in his grave. Rina, and Jan, Ietje, Xavier and Gabòr from Holland.
