Obituary for Ronald Kenneth McCuaig

McCUAIG, Ronald Kenneth -
(December 26, 1930 – July 6, 2017)
After a brief illness at Humber River Regional Hospital in Toronto on Thursday, July 6, 2017. Ronald was a member and Lay reader of The Church of St. Mary the Virgin and St. Cyprian until the church closed and assisted with the sale of the property. He joined The Church of St. Martin-in-the-Fields and continued to serve as a Head of Sides People, Management Board and Parish Council. Ronald was a recipient of the 2012 Diamond Jubilee Medal for his Philanthropy. His career began with Canada Permanent in 1950 and he moved on to Guaranty Trust in 1986 and retired from Manulife. Beloved brother of Linda (McCuaig) Donohue and her husband Terry of Toronto. Dear Uncle of Brendan Donohue of Maple Grove, MN, Darren Donohue and his wife Meghan of Mount Albert, ON, and Kelly and her husband Colin Reid of Lethbridge, AB. Great uncle of Hailey, Audrey, Connor, Keane and Cole. Dear cousin of Dr. Paul Hoy and his wife Monica, Barrie Anne, Bernard, Cathy, Ellen, Karen, Susan and Chris. Friend of 66 years to Adrienne Beeker of Toronto and God Father to two of her children. Resting at The Church of St. Martin-in-the-Fields, 151 Glenlake Avenue, Toronto, on Saturday, July 15, 2017 from 10:30am until time of funeral service at 11:00am followed by cremation. Private family Interment at Glendale Memorial Gardens.
