It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Barbara Payne wife, mother and grandmother on Monday, June 12, 2017 at the Village of Humber Heights at the age of 88. Loving wife of Donald for 64 years. Cherished mother of Brian (Wendy), Nancy (Hans), Karen (Bruce) and Bruce (Lynda). Proud Grandma of Chris, the late Michael, Taylor, Kristie, Colin and Jade. Barbara will be fondly remembered by her sister Muriel Peters many family and friends. Predeceased by her siblings Noreen and Richard. Barbara was a longtime parishioner of St. Paul the Apostle Church in Rexdale, she also enjoyed volunteering her time within the local community. As per Barbara’s wishes, a private family service will take place. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Paul the Apostle Church, Rexdale would be greatly appreciated by the family.
